The colors are sharp and bright and it is well framed with a metal frame and plexiglass. Small scratches on the plexiglass that are hardly noticeable-easy to replace.
The back has a few divots in the foam core-again, easily replaced. See pics for overall condition.
Frame measures 19.25" wide and 17.5" high
Cel measures 11.5"X 9.5"
